In this second letter Wiggin seems to be annoyed that he is again being questioned about Green's presence in Moss Side. Legal issues are now mentioned. Wiggin is clear though that the safety of children is of paramount importance to the diocese.Wiggin and his organisation are obviously not sensitive to the victims. Why would he place Green back in the community where he perpetrated his hideous crimes.
